Do you guarantee results from your life coaching?
All results are dependent on the client willing to make new decisions and to take action. If after our first session the client decides it is not for them we will refund all money paid no questions asked.
Do you guarantee the privacy of my information?
Yes - Platinum Success Strategies Pty Ltd are bound by the code of ethics set by the International Coaching Guild. All Personal information is only accessible by our employees who are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Do I need to sign a life coaching contract?
Yes - A contract is provided to the client prior to any coaching taking place detailing; the responsibilities of the coach and client, the total cost to the client, the inclusions and type of coaching to be provided, the confidentiality agreement.
What is your professional background?
All PSS coaches are required to complete training which is recognised by the ICG or ICF as a minimum. They must also have a number of years in a leadership role during their working career.
What if I don’t live in Queensland or even in Australia?
Some coaching is available using video conferencing (like Skype) or even phone so it doesn’t matter where you are located.
Our coaches are also seasoned travellers so they are prepared to travel to our client’s location to provide services which require us to be on site and face to face.
What are my payment options?
We have different options for our programs.
The smaller programs require payment up front while others have flexible payment plans via direct debit.
We accept VISA cards and Mastercards or direct deposit.
Are there any guarantees?
Yes – We guarantee to deliver to our clients 100% of what we commit to.
All results will be dependent on the client taking responsibility to take action.
If after our first session the client is not happy we will refund the full amount already committed – no question asked.

How long before I can feel the result of your coaching?
Right from the first session you will begin to notice new possibilities and as you continue to take action from the beginning of our journey together the results will continue to increase in the areas of focus.
What are your hours?
Office hours are 08:30 to 17:30 AEST
Can I meet my coach before we make any decisions about coaching?
As a minimum, you will be required to participate in a complimentary strategy session prior to commencing a coaching program. This is to ensure both the Coach and Client are a fit. In most cases this will be via phone or Skype.
Face to face meetings can be arranged through consultation.
How Long is one Coaching Session?
This is dependent on the program and the purpose of the session. Coaching Sessions range from 15 minutes to 6 hours.
The average session is approximately 45 mins.
How often are Business Coaching Sessions conducted?
The frequency of coaching sessions is dependent on the package. For our 6 week intensive it is a weekly session of 2 hours.
For long term coaching it may be a monthly session.
Do You Use A System, If So What Is It?
At PSS we use the Three Pillars of Success. This includes Coaching, Training and Support. Coaching Focusses on developing the successful mindset required for successful leader and removing any blocks preventing action.
Training equips leaders with knowledge in human behaviour to achieve increased performance of themselves and their teams.
It is also used to understand the behavioural decision making strategies of the person to assist in sales.
Support provides our clients a level of extra accountability and works hand in hand with coaching to remove any required blocks.
How Do You Measure The Return On Investment (ROI) Of A Business Coaching Program?
We always assist our clients to measure their success as a result of coaching. The easiest element to assess is the increase in sales.
For general coaching we look at where there client is with team and customer satisfaction before the coaching and again following the defined coaching period. For long term coaching e.g. 12 month we will determine with the client a suitable regular time period along the way – generally every quarter to ensure we are on track to achieving the required outcome.
